In collaboration with Lipont Gallery, Belford presented the Urban Luxury + Magic of Ceramic Exhibition at the Belford Experience Centre. The exhibition showcased more than ten pieces of ceramic work by local artists.
Featured artwork included Anthony Dunlop’s Octopus Collection, Anyuta Gusakova’s Princess Collection and MoBears Collection, Mike Allegretti’s salt glaze pottery, and Keith Rice-Jones’ Bauhaus sculpture.
The collections were unique in their whimsical, dream-like design. Pottery was a rather serious, conventional medium of art, yet all the artists managed to create something soft, casual, and cute from it. And this delightful surprise for the eye and soul was exactly what Belford strived for.
